Architectural Diagrams 2
Construction and Design Manual
Architects use diagrams every day. As sketches they are convenient tools for quickly demonstrating a point; as worked through representations they present complex ideas simply and attractively for clients; and as graphics they cross language barriers. Their theoretical background is, however, not quite so well known. Alongside offering inspiring examples of these multifaceted visualisations, Architectural Diagrams 2 explores some of the associated history and theory.

Accessibility and Wayfinding
Construction and Design Manual
Accessible architecture entails more than wide doorways and light switches placed at a low height. Clear and understandable signage also plays a crucial role in helping people move and orient themselves in public spaces. Signs and arrows remove barriers in our world. Accessibility and wayfinding are closely intertwined.

The Törten Project
Murder and Crime Mysteries from a Bauhaus Estate
Twenty students at the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences, under the guidance of Professor Natascha Meuser, developed ideas for crime stories to shed new light on the workers’ estate designed by Walter Gropius in Törten between 1926 and 1928. This small volume takes the reader behind the chaste white facades. It presents quirky narratives about mysterious entanglements, morbid secrets, and grisly intrigues, describing – almost incidentally – the buildings and their details.
