We use your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the German legislation on data protection (GDPR and German Telemedia Act) as well as this privacy policy statement.

It is possible to use our website without having to provide personal data.

Server log files
The provider of the web pages automatically collects and saves information in so-called log files that your browser automatically transmits to us. This information is made up of:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing device
  • Date and time of the server request

This data cannot be associated with specific individuals. It is not combined with data from third party data sources. We reserve the right to check the data retroactively if it comes to our knowledge and we have specific reason to believe that it is used unlawfully.

Processing of personal data

It is necessary to have access to your personal data (postal address, email contact details, telephone number) within the framework of our services in order to send information material or items ordered by you as well as to be able to answer queries.

Your data is not shared with third parties without your express consent. If you task us with a service or order items we will generally only collect and save the personal data that is necessary to complete the service. Within this process it may be necessary to share your personal data with businesses with which we co-operate to fulfil the service (for example to provide your address to delivery services).

After full completion of the contractual obligations your data is locked and consequently deleted after the statutory storage period mandated by tax and commercial law if you do not expressly consent to its use beyond this timeframe.

Press releases

As a media representative we will inform you through press releases sent via email about current and relevant topics. If you do not wish to receive any more press information you may at any time object to the use of your email address. The option to unsubscribe is provided in each press release email.

We must advise that the transmission of data through the internet (for example communication by email) can contain security issues. A complete protection of data against the access by third parties is not possible.

You have the right at any time to be informed free of charge and without providing reasons on the personalised data being held by us about you. You also have the right to such data being corrected, blocked or deleted. You may at any time revoke your consent to us saving and using your data without providing reasons. If you have any questions on this or any other matter concerning data protection please contact us at the address provided in the imprint.
